A typical move-in and set-up only – when a client moves into the mid-Valley from elsewhere – takes just one day and costs $400. This includes making arrangements with the new landlord, developing a floor plan, meeting the moving truck, and removal of all packing materials.

A typical pack-up and move only – when a client is moving from the mid-Valley to elsewhere in Oregon or beyond – takes 2 days and costs $600 plus transportation fees charged by a professional moving company. Our fee includes developing a floor plan, all packing materials, even color-coding and labeling everything for proper placement in your new home. If you like, we will contact a Senior Move Manager at the new destination to assist with move-in and set-up.

A typical full-service move within the mid-Willamette Valley takes 2 to 3 days and costs from $1,000 to $2,500 including mover's fees, depending on the size of the household and the number of collectibles. We will handle all of your treasured possessions with extreme care, so large numbers of fragile items will require additional time to pack and move or allocate to your chosen charity. We will do our best to provide an accurate estimate during the free initial consultation.

We always do our best to reduce your costs by maximizing our resourcefulness. We emphasize appropriate recycling of materials, which is a huge cost-saver. Our specialty is making your old furnishings look fashionable again!
